God, I am crying out to You,
Can You hear me at all?
Have I moved so far away,
That all I can do is fall?
I’m reaching out for You,
But I can’t feel Your hand.
All I see is darkness,
As alone, here I stand.
I feel the evil all around,
It seeks to destroy my soul.
Father, please rescue me,
Out of this deep, dark hole.
