As I go throughout the day,
Trying to go the perfect way,
N’ever doing the things I should,
Or reaching the goals that I could,
Could it be on me I depend,
Instead of Jesus, Who will send?
Strength to make my life anew,
I know He’ll carry me through.
Through my doubt and fear,
Every time I shed a tear,
Even when I am confused,
Jesus is there, He’ll carry me through.
