Lost in a world
I don’t understand
Wandering alone
In a foreign land
Wishing I could find
A familiar face
I feel so alienated
And out of place
My life has become
So empty and forlorn
I feel so weak
And my body is worn
Longing for a day
When I can belong
But until then
I’ll try to be strong.
